* RECIPE FOR IGGY'S ANNIVERSARY CAKE

(All ingredients organic)

In a food processor, make a mixture of:

kale
collard greens
dandelion greens
chard
spinach
bok choy
sweet potato
red bell pepper


Process until all veggies are mixed into small pieces.
Add 1/2 a banana and process again. There should be about 1 to 1 1/2 cups of the mixture.
Spoon mixture into small mold, then turn over onto a plate.
